Christopher G. Cogan

Christopher G. Cogan is CEO of Seven Funds, LLC., a private investment firm based in Sarasota, Florida. He founded and serves as CEO of Corsa 7, LLC and its growing enterprise of automotive related entities. He is also Chairman of Cogan Realty, LLC, a commercial real estate firm based in Orlando, Florida, which he founded in 1988.

Since starting his first company at age 18, more than thirty-five years ago, Cogan has envisioned, built and run successful businesses in diverse fields ranging from classic car restoration to contract procurement services and software design and development. He has raised over $100 million for those businesses from top-tier Venture Capital and Private Equity firms as well as Fortune 50 global companies.

Cogan is a graduate of Rollins College with a bachelor’s degree in economics. He completed the Graduate Management Program at the Crummer MBA School at Rollins and the AEA/Stanford Executive Forum at Stanford University. He is a Board Member at the Center for Advanced Entrepreneurship (CFAE) at Rollins College and a Member of the Investment Committee of the Florida Institute for the Commercialization of Public Research.

Cogan holds the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and has held securities licenses including Series 7, 31 and 66. He was awarded The Blue Chip Enterprise Award from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the Award for Business Leadership from Ernst & Young and, the Forty Under 40 Award from the Orlando Business Journal. He has also testified as an industry expert on Internet Commerce before the European Commission and the US Federal Trade Commission.

Since he was a young boy, Chris has been enamored with anything mechanical especially, cars and motorcycles. He often spent time at his father’s side working on his collection of European Sports and American Muscle cars. Chris began racing and collecting cars of his own at age 14. Today, he remains close to his eight siblings and their large extended family, many of whom are also involved in the automotive field. Chris has a beautiful wife Aimee and together they have one young daughter, Bella. They enjoy traveling the world and boating together as a family as well as all things motorsports.

Curt Cogan

Curt is a Collector Car Advisor at Renn Haus. Curt has been exposed to virtually all aspects of the automotive industry over the past three decades. In his early teens he started working with the family’s classic car collection, detailing cars for Concourse events and prepping cars for race and track days, he soon began competing himself. In the late 90’s, Curt co-founded what grew to become of one of the most prominent builders of custom motorcycles in the US. Curt handled sales and marketing and helped grow the company to celebrity status with over 100 custom units sold per year and a long list of industry awards. Upon exiting that business in 2006, Curt returned to the family business where he handles investments in real assets including classic cars and real estate. Curt’s methodical research and analysis help minimize downside risk and ensures stable returns on investments. His honesty and understated personality are hallmarks of the Renn Haus approach to customer satisfaction. 

Stephanie Havens

Stephanie was a Co-Founder of RENN HAUS and served as its SVP – Service from inception, over a decade ago, until its merger with Corsa 7 in early 2018. As a continuation of her previous role, Stephanie serves as Corsa 7’s Director of Service and Customer Satisfaction. Stephanie grew up in France where she learned to drive in a 914-6 Porsche and an Austin Mini. She completed high school in Switzerland and college in the US where she graduated from the University of Miami. She later received a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with expertise in Organizational Consulting. In her free time, she is actively involved with the Car Club at the Bird Key Yacht Club and enjoys traveling, boating and speaking French.

Roger Harris

Roger Harris joined Renn Haus in 2021 as part of management’s relentless efforts to continuously improve every aspect of the business. Harris has over thirty years’ experience in roles of increasing responsibility within the automotive service sector. Most notably, Harris spent over 16 years with the Hendrick Automotive Group where he oversaw service department turn-arounds and training for the companies 98 automobile dealerships including premium brands such Mercedes Benz, Porsche, BMW and more. At Renn Haus, Harris is in charge of implementing industry best practices through the organization, optimizing efficiencies and developing continuous education and training programs for all service technicians, advisors and managers. Harris reports directly to the CEO. In his short time onboard, he has already had a positive impact on productivity and profitability.

Judith Cutino

Judy Cutino grew up outside of Boston, graduating in 1981 from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a B.A. in English. She went on to earn a Certificate in Corporate Finance and Business Law from the Institute for Paralegal Training in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After a short time working in Boston, Judy moved to Santa Barbara, California where she lived for the next 20 years. She worked as a paralegal specializing in Probate and Business Law. Her favorite task was preparing accountings for the probate courts, which led her to pursue a second career. In 2001, she earned a Certificate in Business Accounting from the University of California at Santa Barbara before moving north to California’s Mendocino Coast. After working in a CPA’s office for a few years, Judy started her own bookkeeping business which she grew for the next ten years. During this time, she was active with two local non-profits, Habitat for Humanity of the Mendocino Coast and Mendocino Area Parks Association, eventually joining the latter as an accounting manager. Having vacationed in Florida most years to visit her family, in 2019 Judy decided on a permanent move to Sarasota. Judy handles all aspects of accounting for Renn Haus and the other companies in the Seven Funds, LLC portfolio
